WHY PALMTREE IS VITAL

The global palm boom, with ₹4,000 crore invested, highlights the palm as a gift to the land. Only 24% is used for industry, and palm jaggery has medicinal benefits. In areas with abundant palms, rain causes no damage as the trees absorb water, boosting groundwater and preventing scarcity.
